WHO WE ARE

The Artisan Home Tour is produced by Artisan Home Tours, LLC, which consists of a team of individuals with more than 100 years of combined knowledge and experience producing some of the most successful home tours in the country, including one of the nation’s largest Parade of Homes events for more than 70 years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region. The 12th Artisan Home Tour takes place in the Twin Cities in 2024.

WHAT IS
THE ARTISAN
HOME TOUR?

The Artisan Home Tour is a ticketed, self-guided home tour designed to showcase only the highest level of finishing, quality, and craftsmanship. New homes must be valued at a minimum of $2.5 million or $500/sq. ft. to be entered into the tour. Remodeled home projects must have a minimum value of $750,000 and will be featured the final weekend of the tour.

  • The tour will showcase the top high-end custom homebuilders and remodelers in Southwest Florida.

  • The tour enables builders and remodelers to spotlight their homes in a unique, targeted, and uncluttered environment, positioning them as the best upscale, custom builders.

  • Tickets will be available for purchase online, through the Artisan app, through a retail partner, and at the homes. A single-home ticket will also be available for purchase at the homes.

  • New homes in the tour include custom homes that are showcased before the owners move in. We find that there are homeowners who allow this because they are so proud of their homes and want to showcase the wonderful work of their builder, as well as because of incentives offered by the builder. Homes that have been lived in for a brief time period may also be entered, along with spec and model homes.

  • This is an opportunity for luxury builders and remodelers to maximize their marketing dollars and set them apart.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN

A powerful and targeted marketing, advertising, and public relations campaign will be designed to bring the right buyers to you.

  • Premier magazine-quality Artisan Home Tour guidebook mailed to select households with home values more than $1 million and incomes more than $200,000. The guidebook will include builder and remodeler photos, bios, home renderings, home descriptions, and directions to each home.

  • Advertising including television, radio, newspaper, magazine, and digital ads.

  • Interactive Artisan Home Tour website.

  • Social media promotion.

  • Individualized social media kits provided to the builders/remodelers.

  • Gravina, Smith, Matte & Arnold Marketing and Public Relations has been hired to generate media coverage.

  • Mobile app for ticketing, mapping, data collection, and advertising. Each entry features home details, builder/remodeler profile, a photo gallery, comment list, and more.

  • Artisan Home Tour brochures available at retail outlets.
